Michelle Coulcher is a passionate neuroaffirming advocate creating true inclusion in schools, workplaces, and communities. As a neurodivergent professional, she combines lived experience with expertise to deliver real-world strategies through face-to-face and online presentations.
Michelle helps educators, employers, and organizations build environments where all minds are valued and strengths shine. Here, diversity isn't just accepted it's celebrated.

Supervision Group and Individual
Michelle is an ACA level 3 registered supervisor for Provisional, Level 1,2 and 3 counsellors, providing a supportive and reflective space for counsellors seeking guidance, professional growth, and ethical practice development. Michelle's approach is collaborative and neuroaffirming, integrating my background in counselling, coaching, and therapeutic models to foster confidence, self-awareness, and competence in practitioners at all levels. With a particular interest in equine and nature facilitated supports, as well as teen living skills development, Michelle brings diverse experiences to the supervision space. Whether you’re a student, new graduate, or experienced counsellor, Michelle offers supervision tailored to your needs helping you navigate challenges, strengthen your practice, and enhance client outcomes.
